{"id":4905,"date":"2019-10-03T11:58:00","date_gmt":"2019-10-03T10:58:00","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/www.northernexperiencewildlifetours.co.uk\/blog\/?p=4905"},"modified":"2019-10-03T11:58:01","modified_gmt":"2019-10-03T10:58:01","slug":"fishing-otter-safari-22-09-19","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.northernexperiencewildlifetours.co.uk\/blog\/index.php\/northumberland\/druridge\/fishing-otter-safari-22-09-19","title":{"rendered":"Fishing; Otter Safari 22\/09\/19"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">I collected Ulf and Alison, Ian and Lainey and Leigh and Paul from Newbiggin and we set off for an afternoon and evening around <a rel=\"noreferrer noopener\" aria-label=\"Druridge Bay and southeast Northumberland (opens in a new tab)\" href=\"http:\/\/www.northernexperiencewildlifetours.co.uk\/experiences\/tour\/12\" target=\"_blank\">Druridge Bay and southeast Northumberland<\/a>&#8230;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong><em>Little Egrets<\/em><\/strong> were darting at small fish in the shallows as <strong><em>Mute Swans<\/em><\/strong> and <strong><em>Canada Geese<\/em><\/strong> got out of the way of two paddle-boarders who were making their Sunday afternoon leisure activity look like awfully hard work \ud83d\ude09  A <strong><em>Kingfisher<\/em><\/strong> flew by and settled briefly on a tangle of fallen branches before plunging into the river and reemerging and vanishing into denser vegetation on the river bank.
