Thank you for a brilliant day. We were taken to hidden gems and Dave was able to photograph birds, butterflies and flowers we would never have spotted without your help. Your encyclopaedic knowledge was astonishing and that made the day so much more interesting. Will be recommending this experience to everyone!  E Berry, Durham
Thank you for our wonderful experience. Seeing the badgers was such a thrill. You made the whole trip really interesting and thank you for picking us up and taking us back to Bamburgh.
 Gillian and Richard Bowron,
Mick and I would like to say how much we enjoyed our morning with you yesterday and to thank you for showing us some of the varied habitats in your area and what can been seen and heard in them. We particularly enjoyed the magic and peace of Plessey Woods on a beautiful morning with a very obliging red squirrel. We spent the afternoon walking along the coast from Craster and finished with fish and chips in Seahouses. A perfect day, thank you again and good luck for the rest of the year Mick and Helen, County Durham
Thank you, thank you, thank you for our most wonderful day last Friday. David said that I'd had a smile on my face all day and no wonder at all that we saw. Our day with you made up for the rather damp remainder of the week. I have sung your praise to anyone who asked how our holiday went!
 Lesley and David, Norfolk
Very enjoyable! A possible way to improve it is to do a bit more wild walking to see tracks (just for the unlucky cases of not seeing the target species).
The cost of the tour is affordable and the logistic fantastic.
We were very very happy :-)
Good luck!

 Carlo Meloro, York
Monday was dull and grey with light rain on and off but we enjoyed a wonderful day. In poor weather recognising birds by their voices adds a great deal to the experience. Our knowledge of bird song was poor but Martin is very knowledgeable and good company so we learned a lot.

Oystercatchers and curlew on the moors are always a joy. A very bright yellowhammer in the long wet grass was gorgeous. Snipe displaying high in the air were amazing, and the ring ouzel posing on the skyline - so clear through the 'scope - completed a delightful and educational day.

To be picked up from home, provided with a good picnic lunch, spend the day with an expert and returned in the evening is bird watching luxury. We recommend it! Reg & Val Hall, Newcastle
Many thanks for a pleasant day out. "Very enjoyable" Stuart Naisby, Sunderland
An excellent opportunity to view local wildlife in Northumberland. Martin is an expert in wildlife and we had a great couple of days out. Saw some great birds, flowers, insects and reptiles, which made a very comprehensive visit. Martin was very flexible and we stopped to spend some time watching nesting grey wagtails and at the end of the day when we came across a mating pair of slow worms, we took more time to watch the spectacle. Many thanks Martin for a wonderful visit, you made it exceptional for us. Andy & Jean Young, Bedfordshire
What a magical day. We saw kestrels nesting in a tree, birds feeding on mud flats, eider ducks calling in the harbour. On the Farnes we saw puffins, guillemots, razor bill and purple sandpiper and learned to identify terns. On the way home we spent time at a fresh water pool and had a fabulous view of stonechat. In total we identified over 40 different birds in one day.

Thanks Martin, interesting varied but not too intense. I realise now that you were letting us set the pace however your itinerary was very enjoyable. I recommend any keen amateurs who want to see birds at their best to do the same tour. Jenny and Grace, Hertfordshire
This was a truly wonderful day which was a 70th birthday present for Victor from our son. The door to door service and included lunch was much appreciated as was Martin's extensive knowledge. The icing on the cake was the sighting of the White Stork on our return journey. This tour has made us keen to visit Kielder again for a longer visit. Many Thanks.  Dorothy & Victor Goodall, Belford, Northumberland
